When did you first consider becoming a priest? What made you consider it?
I wanted to become a priest when I was a little boy. My family became Catholic when I was 7. Learning about Jesus’ presence in the Eucharist made me want to be a priest!
What did you do before you entered the seminary?
Before I entered Seminary I worked for an Orthodontist and did Youth Ministry.
What was one of the most important things that helped you take the step into seminary?
Having a consistent prayer life, and especially spending time in Adoration.
What do you enjoy most about the seminary?
I enjoy the opportunity to grow closer to Jesus through daily prayer; and learning more about my Catholic Faith! I also love the brotherhood with the other seminarians.
What would be your one piece of advice for a young man discerning his vocation?
Pray every day. Pray deeply, pray in Adoration, and pray with the Gospels. The closer you draw to the Heart of the God who made you, the more you will understand what He made you for. So pray, and then… Courage!
