How did the Lord call you to seminary?

Well that is a long, complicated story. But to make it short, I heard his whisper profoundly in adoration, “Go to seminary.”

What led you to discern your vocation?

There were a lot of seminarians i knew from Cabrini, and simply being around them lead be to begin to discern. But what truly lead me to discerning the priesthood was that moment in adoration.

How did you discern your vocation?

Prayer is key; I told the lord that i was open to whatever he wanted from me in this lifetime. When he told me to go to Seminary, I listened & here I am.

What excites you most about the priesthood?

No one comes in more contact with the Holy Eucharist than a priest. I can’t wait to be in that much contact with Jesus.

What are you most excited for in college seminary?

Daily mass, I can’t wait to not only be able, but be required to go to daily mass.

What is your favorite devotion?

Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati. He lived a freaking amazing life! I belong to a fraternity at my home parish, St. Francis Cabrini, devoted to him.

What interests & hobbies do you have?

I like playing soccer with friends (frisbe is an acceptable alternative). I did a bit of theater in high school, and even had the lead in my senior year show. I thoroughly enjoy a round of golf, even though I have never shot under 100 a day in my life.

Are you related to any priests or religious?

Nope.

What do your parents think about you entering college seminary in the fall?

They are very supportive.
